Cyanotypes use a complex mixture of chemicals to develop photographs, which are then exposed to light and mixed with further chemicals to create rich blue images. Due to the intricate chemical baths and differences in lighting, it is extremely difficult to output identical cyanotypes, a challenge Kayla uses to her advantage when creating fluid images.
